My yoga journey began with a deep connection to its ability to balance the mind and body, which sparked a passion to share these benefits with others. Starting Rooted has attracted special interest within the Deaf community, focusing on making yoga more accessible to everyone, regardless of their hearing ability. While the Deaf community may be a core audience, Rooted is committed to being inclusive and welcoming to all.
