ROOTED IN BALANCE
An Autumn Equinox Retreat
September 23rd to 26th 2027
This retreat will be taught in British Sign Language (BSL)
About the Retreat
Escape to the enchanting countryside of North Wales and join us for three nights and four days at The Barn, staying in a beautiful converted barn surrounded by the tranquillity and beauty of nature.
As nature begins to slow down and the trees gently release their leaves, autumn invites us to do the same.
The Autumn Equinox is a beautiful reminder of the balance between light and dark, activity and rest, holding on and letting go.
A time to pause, take a breath and reconnect with the natural rhythms of life.
Join us at Rooted for a nurturing retreat inspired by the changing season. A chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life, ground yourself in the present moment and give yourself permission to slow down.
Through mindful yoga, breathwork, meditation and deep relaxation, we'll create space to soften, reflect and restore.
We'll embrace the energy of autumn with mindful walks in the beautiful Welsh countryside, creative floral wreath-making and the invigorating combination of wild swimming and warming wood-fired sauna sessions. Time to connect with nature, celebrate all that we've gathered, gently release what we no longer need and make room for new beginnings.
Whether you're looking to find a little stillness, reconnect with yourself or simply enjoy some nourishing time away, this is your invitation to pause and take care of you.
Root down. Let go. Find your balance.
A little space to breathe, a little time to restore and a gentle reminder that, just like nature, we too are allowed to change, grow and begin again.
